Your plan above would work were 9th not based solely around objectives. Needing to not only keep yours, as well as trying to kill your opponent off of theirs is the soul of the game right now. Getting the early jump on primary objectives, and trying to nab a few secondaries in the process has got to be in the forefront of every player's mind. In 9th, you can't just ignore the mission and go straight for your opponent's throat or hang back and hope to castle out.
This edition is a really complex beast in terms of strategy; your choices from deployment have never been more important, or more punishing if you get them wrong.

You'll need to wait for Part 5: Using Battle Plans in your Games. I'm sure your concern will be addressed =p

Throwing a bump in here as while I haven't received any specific feedback from anyone, if this was interesting or helpful to you in any way, please let me know.
Conversely, if this wasn't useful or you felt could have contained more info to make it useful you, I'd also like to know. My feelings aren't going to be hurt by negative feedback.
If you don't wish to provide feedback publicly, I would also welcome a private message.
I'd like to know as I'm considering expanding the series slightly to include 4-6 more "intermediate/advanced" battle plans that might be more useful for certain more specialized factions or builds, judging by the view-count on this thread there has to be some interest in this further expansion.
