Toying around with the army list, I have a 2k point list that I think looks disgusting but here's what I was looking at.
Leaders 4/4
GUO, bileblade, plagueflail, witherstave (reroll hit rolls of 6 within 12 inches) + grandfathers gift, shift cycle of corruption 1 step once per battle. Lore spell, 21 inch range, casting value 6 (iirc) half movement and all rolls for charging, running and unit cannot fly. Command ability, add +1 attack to each nurgle model in a unit
Poxbringer: lore -1 to hit, save, wound rolls 14 inches, cannot move, casting value 7
Spoil pox: Buff my plaguebearers, reroll hit rolls of 1, reroll charge and run rolls of 1
Lord of Blights: buffs blightkings giving them a weak ranged attack, has an okay ranged attack. Bringing him for his command ability, buff my plaguebearers to give them an additional -1 to hit in melee, -2 to hit for a grand total of -2 to hit in melee, -4 to hit in ranged (has to be above 20 models though)
Battleline 3/2
30 plaguebearers, -1 to hit in melee and -2 to hit in ranged above 20 models, bring the icon too so that way if i roll a 1 for battleshock, regen d6 models.
Same thing as above, 30 plaguebearers.
1 unit of putrid blight kings: Didn't have the points for pox drones and no hero slot for daemon prince. They are pretty good for damage.
Strat is gonna be to play the objective, with 2 big units of 30 plaguebearers, I can flood the field pretty effectively and not die while they GUO can provide support and can actually do damage as well, (while having that awesome artifact).
The only issue with this list is it lacks a hammer... Hopefully playing around the objective can let me bypass it or if enough rounds go I might be able to summon something to help
