Ok, so I've read somewhere that most minis wargames don't actually have their own minis line. Most let you use whatever. This got me thinking.
You see, as much as I like my Blood Angels, I do not like that GW seems to be pushing all of the older models into uselessness by focusing only on primarus stuff. So, I'm looking for sci-fi wargames that I could play using my existing collection of Blood Angels. Are there any that you guys know of, or will I just have to bite the bullet and start actually buying some primarus beyond the squad of intercessors I have?

This is one I know of: onepagerules.com/portfolio/grimdark-future/Google will help you find the ruleset for an old game called Vor which had a part of its rules devoted to making your own units so you can use whatever figured you wanted. Depending on the selection there is also the fan-written Inquisitor 28. Rogue Stars might work as well as Scrappers, which are skirmish games. Another skirmish game is Mutants and Death Ray Guns. Some might be a bit of a stretch, but if you’re only playing for fun then it shouldn’t matter.
