www.warhammer-community.com/faqs/Head on over to the 40k section and sort by recently updated. Check out the marine section. Doctrines now advance AUTOMATICALLY. You can choose to stay in tactical for an extra turn though. Duty Eternal (half damage dreads) is now reduce damage by 1, cant be combined with anything else. I am absolutely allll for these changes.

It will facilitate more balanced lists. You know the opposite from what I bought to club champs.
That said I brought a pretty rough list and still didnt win. Lol

Lol but you also brought one of the rough lists people knew they had to specifically build to face, which probably had an impact because people brought counters to it knowing they had to... you might find more success as people change what they build to counter

These changes are a definite requirement for the health of the game... (going to whine lol) it of course means the dark angels "super doctrine" is only effective for one round. Can't have everything, i guess, very happy with grey knights and all there shenanigans.

Iron hands infanty tanking wounds for a character doesnt work on vehicles.
Makes sense.

Ya marines are now an above average codex that has lots of good units and board control. The only things that really went away were any gimmicks that feel all in.
