While I realize this can easily get shot off the table might still be fun. The talonmaster is the only one which will benefit really from the devastator doctrines -1 but the extra 3 inch range for assault might help (21 inch range on aggressors), staying in tactical will give all my assault army a sweet -1 ap, and if I haven't been shot off the table in the 4th round maybe even get some fist to cuffs with a -1 ap in the assault doctrine. Obviously the max str 7 weapons is not going to be great against vehicles we shall see.
Azreal gives a bubble of 4 ++ to infantry Talonmaster has character protection to help him stick around longer. his warlord trait gives a no penalty for moving with hvy weapons or assault weapons 6" re-roll wounds of one 6" He ignores cover hits on 2 has 12" move. never needs to advance but can for a 4 up invul Company ancient die bubble 4 up one last shot or atk. Darkshround is -1 to hit from shooting 6"
