super cool model - what are you using it for? (I'm assuming daemon but it could be a cool nightbringer too!)

I'll be the first to admit I've lagged behind in painting/assembly a lot during all this. Fortunately I finally managed to get some half-decent molds of the legs I'm using for the Cawl-expy model. Now I can start building the model's 'skeleton' and then work my way out.

Eliminators needed cover on my desk. Just finished a Tectonic Fragdrill. Easy kit to build but the biggest time taker is all the mold lines.

Every piece. Fortunately I have a number of oddly shaped needle and professional nail files that helped immensely.

Might be cheating a bit but I found some partially assembled Galvanic Servohaulers on my shelf. They are now complete. Far fewer mold lines on these!

I've had a primaris Redemptor Dreadnought in sub assembly stage for several months. Blue tacked my way through a variety of ideas involving various props for the base. Finally decided to go back to basics and only focus on the model. As always, removing the studs from the ball joints greatly increases options. My redemptor is now sprinting forward, power fist extended to grab and rip the head off something. Very kinetic rather than the cinematic poses I had been trying. I'm sure I'll come up with something for the base without too much trouble.

Routine is a big help. If you schedule your day it makes it easier to find the motivation and energy to do things.

Routine is a big help. If you schedule your day it makes it easier to find the motivation and energy to do things. Yeah been trying to get a routine in place but I always find it hard to do without anything to anchor it around. Always seem to drag back to sleeping in and staying up too late. But I'll try to take some inspiration from you productive types and make it work!
