Keep to the basics - go through your regular morning routine as if you were going to work. Eat meals at similar times. Do chores to keep active. It took me years of self-isolation to get even half-assedly decent at this, but it helps.
The rest of the day is yours - find an activity to keep you engaged and not napping. Napping kills you (or, at least it does, for me), in isolation, as it fuuuuucks up one's sleep cycle.
