Hopefully the RFBC will be worth the pricetag now over other more "reliable" weapon options you can mount on a knight.
I do like the changes that I'm hearing about tanks. It'll make more options viable again for a lot of armies over just hordes and hordes of foot sluggers.

I can see myself spending a lot of time confused and upset and I am going to do my best to avoid this new edition (and the associated hype) until it drops and I can memorize the rules and blah blah blah I'm a whiny bitch.

I'm hoping vindicators become relevant again. I've missed mine this edition.

One thing they said is that units are going to feel more like they should.
But really how should units feel. The fluff is wildly different. Sometimes things kill so many and other times they can't be killed.

I may try getting back into 40K with the new edition. We shall see. As it stands, I'd either go AdMech or an all Primaris force of Space Marines. I like how they are adding some gothic flair back to the primaris. Some of the new models look amazing, and since they now will have dedicated melee units, I can get into melee the way I tend to like.
So, I'd either go
Admech with a large focus on ranged combat
Or
Space Marines with a large focus on GLORIOUS MELEE COMBAT
