Pardon my ignorance, but is the Chronometron an artifact/relic thing that can be taken by characters? If so, isn't there a limit of 1 per army? Or is it just something the model comes with? In that case, why don't any of them have an item?

it's an item choice that the cryptek gets to make - either the chonometron or the flying cloak so no limit there!
This looks like murder on the back to play...lol old guy first thing I think... but I don't know who would have the shots to kill 100 necron warriors with that much reanimation support. You'd be forced to kill one squad a turn... and there's only five in a game... I'm not sure that could all be cleared... just a silver tide marching onto objectives and continually standing up... would LOVE to see this on the table it would look amazing!

This will incredibly frustrating to play against. So objective achieved Chris. (And yes, my back won't enjoy it either.)

I left that blank. i suppose I could go with the Veil of Darkness to teleport a unit if need be.

But I have movement trays. As long as you continue to try and keep 2-4 warriors behind obscuring terrain they should be good, willing to test. if you recall I brought. 💯 Immortals two years ago to clubs. I only one one game, where there was only one objective. But with warriors there are more chances to reanimate. And with the new Gauss reaper. Potentially same firepower. for Dynasty: I am looking at Nihilakh, Reroll 1’s to hit y don’t move. Move to objective and hold. There dynasty stratagem adds 1 to a units saves if they did not move or are within 3” of an objective. It costs 2CP but when you start with 12 it’s usable. There are also not a lot of stratagems to use( I counted 7 with this list) so you will likely have lots of CP later in the game.

I think veil of darkness is the smart relic choice. You can counter the slow march with one really quick get anywhere movement. Helps snag those pesky opponent backfield objectives with a surprise bounce of a pile of obsec and if terrain is kind, you could make them basically unkillable and flip the primary with that one move.

I recall playing against an earlier version of this list at one point. Yeah, it's pretty ridiculously durable. I recall I would often kill like 17-19 warriors and then like 15+ of them would stand back up. The mathhammer to kill 20 warriors with 4+/5++ is incredibly annoying.
Quick-Napkin-Math™ says you'd need 120 Bolter Shots or 90 Bolt Rifle shots to put down 20 warriors on average. So even multiple-Wvyerns or other dedicated infantry killer weaponry would have trouble generating the sheer volume of shots needed in a single turn.

Ironically, this style of list has actually been tossed around the competitive scene apparently.
They are officially dubbing it "Silver Tide", and apparently it is indeed incredibly annoying to play again.
One piece of counter-play that has been pointed out is to take Attrition as a secondary, because it will score points for every model killed, each time it is killed. So theoretically, you could just rack up points against this even if everything stands back up every turn with that.
