Hey everybody,
I've been playing 40k on and off since 4th Ed. Nowadays family and work take up a lot of my time so I've been focusing more on the hobby and fun aspect of 40k instead of competitions and tournaments.
I moved back to Kingston this past summer, are there any people playing more casual/narrative focused 40k games or Crusade around Kingston?

If you're looking for a casual / friendly game, any of us can certainly accommodate!
The next couple of tournaments being scheduled to Nexus are more friendlier / narrative events as well (we just had our club champs which is our more competitive event)

I was developing a crusade narrative for Kingston, but had issues implementing it with Covid and thought to wait it out. Maybe I can find a way to do it online (play in person but organize online) if people are more interested in doing it.

I found an website that lets you set up a crusade league and track all of the details online: www.administratum.netwe could set up a Kingston league?

I’m working on getting a crusade force set up. Once you have a league set up in administrator post the details and we can get a thread started in The Campaign forum!

So I'm really curious about crusade, but I'll be honest i totally glossed over that part in the core book. How would crusade work with the 8th ed codexes? I have a mono-CSM army that I've slowly been putting together and I'm almost at the point where I have about 1600pts built, but obviously there's no crusade rules in the main csm codex. wondering if there are any in the other two extra books ( I forget what they were called.) I'll probably end up waiting for the new codex to drop, hopefully sooner than later.

The battle traits amd relics wouldnt be CSM specific but they are atill usable. Beyond the Veil and the upcoming campaign books also have more missions, traits, and relics.
