So i have an idea for what would look "cool" for a khonre daemons idea models wise. But i thought i would post what i thought for the army and would get peoples ideas on it.
Khorne battalion
Bloodmaster, warlord, rage incarnate (all khorne reroll ones to hit within 8 inches), the crimson crown (all khorne that roll 6+ to hit make another attack).
Karanak
Uraka the warfiend
3 x 30 bloodletters, all with icon, one upgraded to banner of blood
2 x 5 bloodcrushers, one with icon upgraded to banner of blood
3 x 10 flesh hounds
2000 points on the nose

I do love them khorne boys.
If you are only having the banner of blood on one unit of bloodletters what is your plan for the other squads? deploy them on the table? Why not maybe multiple small squads? Also what about musicians? +1 to advance and charge is pretty good but points do look tight.

Bloodletters - make them 20 man units with banner of blood. Costs 1 CP less so you can have more banners - as soon as you cross the 20 barrier it's 1 more CP... so better to have 3x20 and 2x15 (with your current configuraton) using the 15 man squads to hide on backfield objectives out of sight. 15 MIGHT survive if they hide completely. Without a thirster in the list they're relying on their less than stellar leadership for tests. So battleshock is a real danger. ABC - always be charging!
crushers can move quickly from terrain to terrain, so don't need the banner to survive - stick it on one of your 20 man dudes. Now for the same CP expenditure you have three squads teleporting in with a 3D6 charge rather than 2.
That many flesh hounds and the crushers can get you engage pretty easily and cross the board quickly as well to engage shooting units. The warfiend is fine of course. I'd drop Karanak (you already have Uraka and 3 units of hounds for denying) and upgrade your blood master to a prince so you can take that amazing relic axe. You can then give him oblivious to pain as his warlord trait, giving a 6++ for survivability which allows him to get full rerolls if he makes one of them (handy bonus and essentially adds a wound to your prince). A prince would give you the reroll 1's already so covers rage incarnate and it would be more survivable and more killy. I just find karanak doesn't do a whole lot currently.
...of course new book incoming will change everything

keep in mind that bloodletters are T3 with a 5++ save on an infantry with no gun and a power sword.
so all the survivability of a guardsmen without even a lasgun. Sure they can hurt things in combat, but getting there is your biggest issue.
a 30 man blob being shot becomes a crippled unit very, very quickly by any anti-infantry firepower (the simple bolter will rip them apart).
Without a delivery method in place from the outset, you're in trouble, which is why banner of blood is essential for them to drop in, assault, kill something then promptly die. Because then at least they can contribute!
But in 9th edition where you need to sit on an objective and hold it? letters are one of the worst options in the codex. Everything else does that job either better (more survivability with either FNP or a better invul) or in the case of daemonettes - for a cheaper cost.
