Games Workshop just posted that on their facebook page. It's the cover to a Sister of Battle 40K comic being made by Marvel, the same guys that did the Marneus Calgar comic. I tried to look for a Warhammer Community post to link, but there doesn't seem to be one yet.
Anyway, they say it'll come out August.
