Retooling my Poisoned Tongue list after the recent FAQ updates

Overall the idea is to play into the strengths/abilities of Poisoned Tongue and Red Grief. My logic on the disintegrators is to make up for lacking the consistency of Black Heart/Obsidian Rose WRT ROF Dark Lances.....3 S5 AP -3 D2 shots can be quite irritating, even against mid range vehicles. Plus the 2 Ravagers + the Scourges should be able to handle any real vehicle threats. the 10 person scourge blob exists to be a really annoying deep strike item. The Trueborn squad can either serve as tank hunters or as my backfield objective holders.
Things I am considering modifying (ie looking for input on)
1. Do I put a relic on the Archon? The Helm of Spite, Soulhelm, or Soul-Seeker are the leading contenders, but it adds 1 CP to the cost of my army
2. Considering swapping the Disintegrators on the 2 Warrior unit Raiders for Dark Lances so that I can spend those 10 pts on adding PGLs to either the wyches or the Ravagers
3. Considering swapping the 5 Shardcarbine Scourges for a 2nd Succubus (who I would likely kit out w the Tryptich Whip and +2A WL trait)
3a. Without the 5 shardcarbines, I would consider swapping the 5 Scourges w 4 Shredders for 5 Mandakes, which would free up 10 pts for some other misc upgrades
