The Great Crusade 2022 - Saturday May 14th

Here we go again!

DATE: Saturday May 14th


While COVID restrictions are being lifted in Ontario, we will still be requiring individuals to be masked in our event space.



Dice roll at 9:00 AM, doors open at 8:30 AM. 3 games for the day. (plus there is our traditional boss fight which happens at the end!)



Entry fee: $20



Each round is two hours.



Tournament Rules



1,500 point tournament. All armies must be battleforged.



No Titanic units, Supreme Command, Lord of Wars, or Primarchs.



You MUST include as your warlord a named SPECIAL CHARACTER from your relevant army book. It is their great crusade! So it’s about this character’s personal retinue of awesome they are bringing along for their personal crusade. (ie: if you play tyranids you’re going to have to include either deathleaper, Old one eye or the swarmlord in your list and they must be your warlord)



If your codex is GSC which has no named special characters, the patriarch may be used (only ONE per army however – it’s still their great crusade!).

As Adeptus Mechanicus has no legal special character to bring, can an exception be made for them?

yep for sure... I keep forgetting they have no legal special characters...

Cawl and Shadowsun for tau are exceptions and may be brought to this (as they're pretty on the low power end of supreme command style characters)

Glad i signed up, looks like im posted to Ottawa this summer so this will likely be my last event as a local (though Ill probably come down periodically just for the fun of it, because you guys are great)
