You're on BCP... I'm looking at it right now.
if you registered at Nexus they put you on BCP, and there were a couple people who Nexus forgot to register whom I put on BCP, so the lists are the same.

yes, unfortunately the people that did not sign up on BCP themselves were added by Nexus or myself, so that messes things up.
I have the option of deleting you and then you adding yourself, so that this is associated with your account. If you want to do that, let me know. We just need to coordinate a time so no one else sees an open slot for the tourney and jumps in.
Alternatively if you send me your list I can upload it to BCP for you. But it's way more convenient to have it attached to your existing account during the tournament.

Linking the account would be awesome. If you are willing to delete phantom Henry at some just send me a pm with the time to go sign up on bcp and I'll be checking pms regularly.

Is there any rule on chess clocks? A lot of events I’ve played have the position that if one player asks to use a chess clock the table is clocked or do both players have to agree to use the clock?

The cutoff date for Codexes is 3 February. The Dark Angels book will be in the Deathwing Assault box on 3 Feb, but not for separate purchase until later date unknown).
Will we use the Dark Angels Index or the Codex for Clubs? I assume we’d use whatever MFM is in place on 3 Feb for all armies.
Full disclosure - would be happy to use the Index for Clubs…

Dark angels will need to use their index because the physical codex release is not until after the cut off date.
Making everyone buy a special edition box set to play their existing armies seems a bit mean to do. If the physical codex is somehow released separately at the same time then it will be used.
The current FAQ/balance dataslate set to be released this week will be used.

All praise to our four-armed emperor!
But seriously, locking new Codex behind special boxes that are in short supply is an annoying GW practice. I get having a “Special Edition” but release the Codex separately the same day.

There's no chess clocks at my events. Frowned upon or Non-Binding? I'd like to bring one for myself as I tend to take long turns as a Guard player and would like to be as fair as possible to my opponent.

if you have one for yourself to track your own turns, that's up to you, (just like timing your own turns on your phone or something) but if you're looking for your opponent to use one with you, then not allowed. Just leads to feel bad moments and punishes new players.
