Just got it last night, been splitting time with Elizabeth. I'm playing an Imperial, generally Ranger-esque, splitting between bow and dual wielding. She's playing a Nord, somewhere between rogue and mage. Didn't so much care to factor in the racial bonuses in all honesty. We just kind of wanted to be on either side of the main conflict as it starts. I always end up making really wacky characters that don't min-max at all and end up with an odd bucket of skills. We're both around level 5 now I think, though in my standard fashion I'm wandering around talking to people and smithing stuff rather than fighting.

Anyone else finding random dead people all over inside towns? As in one of the Companions is randomly dead beside her bed in Jorvaskrr, and a shop owner is just dead in the middle of the road with a bunch of people crouched around him petting him....not sure if they're looting or grieving or what. Is it a random bug, or do vampires or assassins or something just get loose and kill people in this one?

hmmm i havent had any random dead people yet, but i might be random or story element or just a bug, it could be as you said assassins or vampires i would say not werewolves but could be the silver hand. Im assuming its not dragons cause if one person is dead inside a house and anouther on a street with people around him then i think someone would have saw the dragon sneaking into the town to kill one person lol. Now i was just attacked by an assassin for the dark brotherhood

The one guy I found I MIGHT have killed during my initial rampage as a werewolf, but not so sure about the girl INSIDE the companion headquarters.

I have to say I was disappointed with the last fight and the really game wrecking bugs throughout. 1000 gamerscore down a while ago, time to stroll from it. Hopefully they don't come out with a DLC as I really never want to touch it again. On a side note, the Alduin statue is kick ass next to my Noble Team statue.
