Is a General > Miscellaneous forum a viable option or would it require too much moderation? I only ask in case someone wanted to share a gem such as this... Platypus Song

It's obvious that you were doing some serious video research when you found this. Must be a Tau thing!

so long as we ensure that we're posting links as much as possible (rather than trying to embed any large files in the system... let's avoid the crashes!) I'm sure I can figure something out...

If you go to the bottom of the home page, there's an option to view the newest 10 posts...
otherwise it should flag new on every thread you haven't yet viewed that has a new post

new posts are flagged but i'm not seeing the 'latest 10 posts' block anywhere. Might be a permissions issue for non admins?

at the bottom of the home page is the "info center" which has the option to view the last 10 posts, as well as shows you who's online, etc.

Would it be worthwhile to have a forum (or a subforum under Battle Reports) for Tournament Results? As it is, things seem to be largely forgotten from one tourney to the next.

Nexus will be having an ongoing tourney results ranking... so when you sign up for a tournament there, you will automatically have your results charted...
should other tournies happen not at Nexus, I can add that feature if needed....

I think we need a tournament section. One that Matt moderates, so he can sticky them and whatnot and forthwith.

The problem is that Nexus wants to have the tournaments (the ones at Nexus at least) managed through their site, so that they can record ongoing rankings at tournaments. I certainly do not mind having a tourney updates board, however Nexus wants us to do registrations and whatnot through their site.
And Matt's a global moderator... he gets to flex his moderator muscles wherever he likes here!

Are galleries a viable option at this point or in the future?

that would be under painting and modelling... that way it can also be used for things such as painting logs and such...
