As of last night, there's less than ten people signed up for the warhammer tournaments at King-Con... Get signed up! the only way that we can keep a convention in Kingston is if we make it financially viable by supporting it!

I would love to play all day Saturday but my wife and kids "Trump" wargaming, especially when I have already taken Friday and Saturday Night for Warmachine/Hordes.

Well I sent my list in last night for 40K. You say there's only about 10 people signed up for KingCon? That was a few days ago, hopefully it is higher now. And did you mean both Warhammer and 40K? Was the tourney advertised well in advance to areas outside of Kingston? Maybe there will be a lot of last minute entries. If I remember last year and the year before we did not need to send in army list (which I'm fine with) so some people may not be aware of that and will sign up near the end.

Alas, I will no longer be able to attend due to a death in my girlfriends' famly I will be heading to Cornwall instead for the wake on Friday and funeral on Saturday morning. Good luck to all who play! You won't have to fear my Dark Eldar this time around. And next time it should be with a new book so won't have a chance to play the old book in a tournament setting again now.

Me too. Was really looking forward to playing the old Dark Eldar one last time...and I was even trying out the Horde-ish list as well (102 infantry models [92 of those being warriors], 3 raiders, 2 ravagers and some jetbikes) Of course I was told I didn't have to go....but we all know what would happen if I actually didn't go so I could play Warhammer

Unfortunately I have to back out as well, as I have been tasked to work all day Saturday (non-negotialbe, as it is a punishment). Anyway my army should still pop up becuase a friend of mine will be dropping in with is, as his army is nowhere near complete enough for the tournament. So theres a 50/50 chance that my Space Wolves will make an appearance.

Interesting tourney. Nice variety of armies. No IG or SW armies. 2 DA armies. no BA armies in the final spots.
