For tomorrow don't forget:
Doors open at 9... tournament STARTS at 9:30... as in dice rolling... as in match ups need to be done way before 9:30!
(so be there for 9!)

Had a great time. the second mission was little crazy for shooty armies, luckly i was paired up with anouther shooty army. Was still super fun and funny mission but bs 2 tau suck lol.
Loved the last mission. It was great. Getting to pick what you want you wanted to go for was great.
Thanks again

so I'd really appreciate some feedback on a couple of things to see if they're worth inclusion again...
1. Escalation as a one day tourney - what did you like? what could be improved? would you do this again? 2. The last "choose your own adventure" mission - what did you like? what could be improved? should this be a club championship mission?

I really enjoyed it. Getting more games in is always nice. As well as the missions were interesting. But as i said the second mission wasn't good for shooty armies. Im just glad i didnt get paired up with a close combat army.
I enjoyed the last mission. Different armies can be better at different things. So picking what you want to go for is a great idea.

I really enjoyed the format, games at 1000 or 1500 points can be a ton of fun once in a while. I think it might be fun to try out like a 4-5 game 1000 point event as well. I really enjoyed my list construction for this one though, which isn't usually my thing - Having to decide which unit you're putting in at which level. For me, 1000 added anti-flyer and anti-tank, 1500 put in MY heavy armour, and 2k finally brought the whole scouting package in.
Last mission was very cool. Led to some interesting scenarios where both players were maxing points out. My only concern was that having to pick your secondaries while looking at the board and the opposing army is a little bit time consuming. I might consider making those ones random, like 2 envelopes of secondary objective cards and each player draws 3, or draws 4 and keeps three. That way you get to tailor your primary to your army, but the secondary objectives still throw in some hiccups.
