Hey shannon quick questions from my friend who will be joining in the Iron man tournament.
Necron Ghostwalk mantle is "once per game" does this still work like that for iron man.
The Empowered ability of Orikan the Diviner, Is the game turn effect based in each individual game, or once he is empowered does he stay empowered for the rest of the tournament ( more like a boon table effect)
Also just a side note does the "Grand density" effect of the Choppa of Da Ragnarork stack from game to game. OR is the model killed bonus only apply to each individual game?
** Grand Density - at the end of any assault phase in which the barer inflicts one or more causalities the strength increase by 1 and the AP lowers by 1. These effects are cumulative for the rest of the battle ( never better than S +6 AP 1)

ghostwalk works once only.
once he's empowered he stays empowered til he dies
the S and AP would max out at +6 AP1 and stay that way til he dies

I will be mostly likely dropping out due to a broken leg and lack of points I will try to come in this weekend if my leg seems up to it.

hope you feel better!
and it's totally fine to come and go in the campaign.. there are some people who've only played a couple games towards it...
it's just for fun after all to have a bit of a theme to our regular gaming and see what people can build up!

I'll be there bar anything crazy. And my list I'll either be ok or I'll loose round one or two lol

geez... just realized my bro-fist idea I was going to do at 2.5k is completely screwed up...
...necrons are CTA with imperials in 7th - was totally thinking 6th edition allies matrix... good thing I checked!
so either got to go full on necrons (which I can easily do)
or ally in:
Tau (don't have) orks (don't have)
or
CSM....hmmmmmmm
.....
EDIT - thinking should stay pure necron, given it's a campaign... so yeah decurion I guess is the only viable option!

Well if you change your mind from the pure Crons I do have a bucket full of orks you can use.

FYI - because it was asked
if you're tabled, units still in reserve count as destroyed.
no putting five scouts on the board taking the table and hoping to hit round two with 2450 points!

Hmm.... maybe 2 heldrakes isn't as good as I thought....

two heldrakes would be just fine... if they have destroyed 2200 points of your army you have other problems lol...
it is specifically to avoid someone deciding for example they had a bad matchup so intentionally getting tabled out early to preserve the majority of their points for the next round...
I seriously didn't come up with this idea... somebody else proposed it as a possible tactic.
The other alternative is that games solely go to time... so if you try this, all it does is piecemeal your army in for your opponent... hmmm I like that better actually... so at least if everything in your army dies but a stormtalon you can still keep going!
