Seems mostly solid, advocating buffs, model placement, talking about doubling up in melee, on the subject of screening heroes it's useful that you can be engaged with a hero, but have bubble troops preventing an enemy from piling in during their step but then later in the combat phase pile your hero in and make his attacks.
I disagree about the thought of using summoned units to outnumber your opponent -- it's poor tactics and generalship to just summon units and crush them under a sea of bodies.
Definitely when I get games in the first order of business is to discuss how we're comping summoning.

I hear a couple smart guys made some form of comp system that does include dealing with summoning...

I like the "kingston" comp for summoning more than the ottawa comp admittedly but I still cling to the variable tervigon summoning system, it seems the most fun imo

You'll note that in my proposed variable summoing the player who has attempted a summoning check (hereafter referred to as the summoner) must first nominate which warscroll he is attempting to summon, after which he throws a number of d6 that has not yet been determined by me (I suggest 4,5 or 6 due to the odds) upon which he can summon that many wounds not models! So morghasts being 6 wounds a piece, if you rolled a 17, you would get two morghasts and the five remaining potential wounds are lost as the wizard only manages to bind part of a morghast, the soul screams in agony as a collapsed pile of bones is brought into being beside two fully formed morghasts. This encourages summoning lesser things which are one wound a piece as you could've summoned 17 single wound models instead of two measly morghasts which could hardly harm a fly

Well I don't have many models (or much time, or many willing opponents currently) to test each version of summoning that I'm proposing and see how it impacts the game with churning models onto the board, to test short games, long games, etc etc
Going over the numbers again I suggest 4d6 which means about one third of the time you'll summon 14(+1/-1) wounds so mostly you'd be summoning approximately seven warriors of chaos a turn, possibly that's too good but they come in off the board edge, maybe summoning for undead needs to be 3d6.
There's a lot to look at when proposing summoning comp!
Probably limiting it to one successful summon a turn would be necessary, or allowing unlimited but going to 3d6 wounds.
A big part of AoS is how high saves are, the sigmarines being base 4+ is a pretty telling sign since even with shields they get mulched up pretty badly as soon as rend -1 comes into play!
Even with the variable wounds it's probably best to limit successful summons to one per turn, (note that the gray shaman doesn't roll dice since it's just any one monster model he summons).
I would also say that no heroes could be summoned, as they're too proud to bow to the call of another!
