Alright well it's Chaos release season, so let's talk about staining battlefields with blood for your kittens (phone autocorrected khorne to kittens lol).
Now, I'm going to assume you're a clever lad. First strategy is to use the warscroll formation. Now when a unit is wiped out during a combat phase the units get an extra attack.
Now in my opinion, the best way to run khorne bloodbound is to sacrifice blood warriors.
Imo run two bloodsecrators, and a big mass of reavers, if you're playing ccbb comp a block of 40 is good. Giving all 40 of these guys extra attacks with blood warriors dying means huge returns, models can divide attacks up so spread your reavers and assault 2 or more units to maximize the number of reavers attacking. Remember piling in is optional so leave some guys behind if they need to grab the buff from the bloodsecrator.
In my opinion this is what blood warriors do, they have multiple wounds to shrug off shots, then they die in combat, take a few models with them and buff your other units.
Your mighty lord gets good with five axe attacks and six dog attacks

Definitely sounds like a good way to go with the warriors and reavers. Makes sense too with their abilities, the blood warriors attack as they die, and the reavers are there to just mass attack everything. Can't take two bloodsecrators though, both Kingston and ccbb have a no duplicate hero rule.

That makes using two starter kits hard!
I thought it was no duplicate named heroes, what am I going to do with my three grey-seers and two warplock engineers lol.
For extra bloodsecrators from the starter kit I suggest converting one into a sorceror lord, very easy since he just needs a staff instead of a Khorne standard.
Good catch on the comp ruling though. No idea what I would suggest a bloodstoker being converted into. Maybe a Skullreaper?

you can duplicate stock dudes, just not have two named characters... they're unique

Yeah so having two bloodsecrators to leap-frog forward to spread that anti-magic field and chaos khorne buffing goodness If you're serious about being chaotic I strongly suggest chaos spawn, they don't really benefit from the bloodsecrator buff, but they can REALLY benefit from being bloodstoked!

Nah it's 0-1 named heroes. You could definitely convert the second bloodsecrator into a sorcerer, maybe remove all affiliations with khorne lest you have a khorne sorcerer. He could also be an exalted hero with battle standard.
The bloodstoker could be a lord, just take away the whip, or the leader of a warriors of chaos unit or a skull reaper. Any of those would work.
Actually an exalted hero would do the job of the second bloodsecrator, to gain an extra attack the reavers just need to be within 12" of a chaos totem and the exalted hero fits the bill.

The warscroll isn't a named hero, so while they're named for the story, their warscrolls are just "mighty lord of khorne" not KORVUS KHUL or whatever his name is lol, I forgot it to be truthful.
Oh I see what you're saying about the 0-1 named heroes thing...
Yeah an exalted hero is pretty cool.
