I'm eager to see in that book! Hoping against hope that Sisters aren't relegated to like 2 entries though! It'd be a shame if they weren't a full army. I think you'll see a lot of just few options for each of what used to be a stand alone army. I mean of the list of possible things youll find in that codex Grey Knights have the most unit options at 6 plus charters and vehicles. I think this is kind of GW taking a bunch of super specialized armies that therefore don't have many new units that could be thought up for them due to theme and patching them together to cover each other's holes.

I believe GK is terminators only from what I've heard.... but this one is a little vague yet... hoping more solid rumours this week since release date is soon!

My guess is this is likely a way to field select units from each of the factions together in one army without the need for multiple CAD/Formations
Something like Inquisitors as HQ, GK Terminators & Assassins as Elites, Sister battle squads & Henchmen units as troops, etc...
I'm going to have to pick up both books myself to see what they bring to my army options

Is that 50$ for ahriman? Ouch. 160$ for Magnus seems right, as he's supposed to be the size of a knight. His rules are gonna be silly

Ugh, been dying for years without CSM stuff, but when I finally give up and go back to school to get my tech licence they're like here, have all of it.

I’m equally excited about what’s going to happen with the Legions not tied to a god. It’s been MANY moons since the undivided Legions had their own special rules and if they get some of that back, we may just see Tom playing his Night Lords again.

Via the community site just now.
The Traitor Legions can now be represented on the battlefield more faithfully than ever before.
Each of the nine gains Legion-specific rules that are thematic, characterful and powerful in the game. They reward a player that picks units appropriate to that Legion’s way of war.
Special rules with names like “The Butcher’s Nails”, “Many Heads of the Hydra” and “Iron Within, Iron Without” bring the well-loved background of the Heretic Astartes to life, and will be available to any detachment or formation pledged to the appropriate Legion (much like their loyalist brethren have access to Space Marine Chapter Tactics).
In addition, every Legion gets a Warlord Traits table, Chaos Artefacts and a dedicated Detachment of Formations, further rewarding armies that mirror the Legions as they appear in the background.
You can pre-order this book from this weekend, and will need a copy of Codex: Chaos Space Marines to use it.

Hrnnggg. I'm unreasonably excited about this. I know it's operating off of "Cultists and Hellturkeys", but little things like the free VotLW that we saw given to the Sons will be a huge boost for the Spikey Marines.
Now I'm just curious as to which Legion I'll end up running my Word Bearers under - personal fluff restrictions against running Possessed might bite me in the butt this time. Still, crossing my fingers I can get some kind of Ld buff and perhaps access to Malefic Daemonology without penalty!

Maybe they’ll actually *gasp* make Word Bearers the Word Bearers… I’d be stoked to see that happen. Then consign the Crimson Laughter to the gutter with the has-ben renegade junk they’ve peddled thus far. I’m stoked for seeing some new Nurgle and Iron Warriors rules too! Might be time to dust off the hazard striping and put together some of Perturabo’s favored sons.

I gotta say, it's making me regret selling my Alpha Legion bits because "It'll be forever until I have reason to make these"
