I wont be playing this year but I am certainly interested in popping by to check out how the game works. I will be getting my hands on enough 2nd hand Brettonians to start playing in a month or so. Certainly interested. One quick question, the scroll builder doesnt seem to allow more models in a unit, just duplicates its starting size. Is this deliberate as a game mechanic or just a flaw in the program? www.scrollbuilder.com/I use this for most stuff. I think its still good. I know that all scrolls start at min and i think the " + " sign button lets you increase the unit size. ex 3,6,9, or 12 Iron guts for Ogors, being 220,440,660 and 880 respectively.

its deliberate. you have to pay for the levels. like if you have 3 and it cost 100 lets say. if you want 4 its 200. or 6 its 200.
best bet is to always use a multiple of the base level to be most economic in points. that said its a fun tournament and game.

Just a reminder there is still LOTS of room for anyone wanting to come out and try AOS at this tourney (yes, even if you've never played before - this is VERY new player friendly!) Plan to have several themed tables (themed to the battleplans we're using) and people rotating from table to table. there's even going to be a three person table in case we're at odd numbers! (no bye's that way!) sign up is free and quick online here: kingstonnexus.ca/events/age-of-sigmar-tournament/or in store of course... can pay either today or at the start of the tourney tomorrow - $15 for four games - all money goes to prize pool!

Quick reminder - dice roll at 9:30 - doors open at 9
got something a little different today that I want to try out since we don't have huge numbers... hidden agendas.
you'll get four cards that you get to secretly use throughout your four games. You can only use a card once. You put it face down on the table once you've picked what your hidden mission is. At the end of the game, you flip it over and show your opponent. That's how you get your secondary points!
scoring today is:
major victory 8 minor victory 6 Draw 5 Minor loss 3 major loss 2 hidden agenda (SECONDARY OBJECTIVE) 2
so maximum of 10 points per game (major victory + secondary) and 40 points for the whole day. This scoring system should keep things pretty tight, and losing a game (even a major loss!) is not insurmountable.

Whelp, my wife is super sick this morning so I'm not making it down for game 1 at least. If we can get her feeling better I'm still going to try and make it there for the rest if that's alright, but I'm not going to be there for 930 unfortunately.
