I know pretty much nothing about this... it appears from the webpage it starts next week though... lol
if it's like the sigmar one, we report results to the store and they have a login which allows them to enter information into the campaign.
I know Nexus is participating - they're listed on the site!

oh man... check the site out now... sweet interactive map! konor.warhammer40000.com/so all you need to do is play your games at Nexus and tell them the results (they have a portal they can log in and post results in)... your battles will shape the game! |

As an update:
Sad news my poor little nurglings...
Week two saw the Imperium gain control of Konor AND even more sadly, the control of Kingston Gaming Nexus
I know this is a sad week for us all, but continue to spread the joy of Papa Nurgle's "gifts" to the imperium
