That looks simply amazing. Clean lines and fantastic pose. Conversion is top notch. 10/10 Thanks! The turret arm is magnetized, as is the weapons, so they can be positioned and moved. The head is actually an original metal commander head.

My boys are still in progress but the end (and basing) is in sight. Slower part is that I've been working on having the three cables connecting to the gun be all separate colors Next time I try this stunt I'm leaving the legs detached until painting is done.

Well the transparent sprue crystals are working and the skull I grabbed from the bitz bin turned out quite well. Now I just need to let the glue dry overnight and then start darkening/painting the sand.

Burning chariot is completed... sadly there's about zero chance I'd use one in 40k... but it's painted at least...lol
working through the rebasing of all my 60 bloodletters... have got about half way through. involves painting up 32mm versions of my daemon bases, then changing them over... a little time consuming but worth it I think. Also took the opportunity to redo their swords to match. Like it thus far - will get some pictures up eventually!
herald is about 50% done.

Whelp, the last dabs of varnish are drying on the Immortals, now onto the Wraith.
On a related matter one of the bits I ended up using for basing terrain was the helmet from MkVI 'Corvus' armor (AKA the Beakies). Weird thing was is that it appeared to have a sword or cross molded into the top of the 'snout'.
Has anyone run into that variation of the design before because I sure don't remember any depictions of the armor with that feature.

No, it was just idle curiosity since googling had shown some variations on the theme but never a molded sword.

Whelp need to do the customary final touches to get everything blended and the blood splatters/stains looking natural but I should have my 'on the job' Wraith ready by the end of tonight. Once again I have to thank you guys for mentioning the bits bin at the back of the store a while ago. Really helps to create a more 'active' base. Edit: Oh yeah, the discoloration on the face-plate is intentional. I flicked a brush with some 'blood for the blood-god' paint on it since I felt there should be splatter/stains on more areas then just his arms.

http://instagram.com/p/BeqGi0_nAvx The second half of the Brewers are done. So now I have two completely painted Guild Ball Teams. I noticed when I was taking the picture that these five still need a couple touch-ups but I will take care of that today.

ughhh got distracted and forgot about needing to finish the herald this month (thought I had more time for the painting contest) so only got my one entry completed. After AOS tonight I'll try to finish the herald for tomorrow's painting contest deadline:
I did rebase 60 bloodletters though. That was.... ummmm.... fun?

I officially finished Space Pope and entourage last night, but I had to leave them in my spray box to let the primer dry at 11:00pm, so I went to bed. Pictures tonight!
