Title says it all really. I was thinking of getting a deamon price for my Slaves to Darkness, but them remembered I already have one from a few years back. Probably is, it's painted terribly. I've gotten better since then. As such, I'd like to strip in and repaint.
Any advice?

soak in simple green for a few days... then scrub under warm running water and the paint will come right off

Old tooth brushes work decently for scrubbing.

Alternatively, if you have trouble finding full-strength simple green. You can use another product found in the automotive section of most hardware stores called "Super Clean". I find it takes a little bit more time in the soak phase (I usually soak 24 to 48 hours) but it cleans metal minis amazingly and works just as well as simple green does on plastic. I've also found it dissolves super-glue quite well, so you can also get a model back apart as well as strip paint at the same time. HOWEVER: (BIG HOWEVER HERE) Make sure you use gloves if you are touching the Super Clean (or the minis soaked in Super Clean until you rinse/scrub them) as it can irritate your skin and will hurt a LOT if you have any open cuts or sores on your hands. www.canadiantire.ca/en/pdp/superclean-degreaser-refill-3-78-l-0392964p.html
