Second Last question.
I want to make sure that I am not doing something wrong. I am currently running a imperial fist successor chapter. They are using all the rules for Imperial fists (chapter tactics and all). I’d run them as imperial fists but they are not painted yellow. Would it be an issue to run them as imperial fists? The difference is that I am now spending an extra cp for an imperial fist relic .

As long as you are using the IMPERIAL FISTS keyword, you're good to go.

As far as I'm concerned, your paint scheme has no bearing on what rules you're using. You go ahead and play IMPERIAL FISTS.

I'm a big believer in you paint the models how you like them to look for your theme. As long as you're clear with your opponent with your list (like it says imperial fists on it) then that's all you need to do!

Club champs hint of the day:
Bring extra copies of your list with you in an easy to read / understand format. One page is all that's needed for an army list to share with your opponent. Handing them 8 pages of battlescribe printout is going to just slow everything down!

How detailed does a one page have to be? Just like the battlescribe chat version, is that sufficient?

Here's the way I typically present mine. Points, weapon loadouts, squad quantities, etc. etc. If my opponents need/want mor info about the weapons or special abilities then I offer the codex, but it's a fast way for them to run down my army and see what's there and the pertinent info for each unit without having them need to filter through every weapon option that the unit COULD have rather than what they DO have. i have one battle scribe version for my self, as some times its easier then looking though all the books i have.
but then i have a pared down version for others. similar to what voodoo did.
Just techmarine, gun axe, such and such, 3 x intercessors with such and such on a page.

Just like the battlescribe chat version, is that sufficient? battlescribe chat version (I normally cut out all the useless info) or just a page indicating Detachments, units in it with their weapons/upgrades, warlord trait, initial relic (as if you choose to spend CP on additional relics this is game to game, but the first one is set when you build your list)

Oh ok I also missed that part, that you need to have your relics set. Does that mean you cant add or change relics with stratagems?

your FIRST relic (the one everyone gets for free) is set on your army list.
If you choose to spend CP for additional relics you can do this game to game (ie: if you're facing Tau you might not choose to spend a CP on an anti-psyker relic for example)
If you don't have one on your list, just put it on, that's fine. No early bird loss for that at all.
