well that was unexpected... that's certainly a novel way of doing things!

Just in case anyone was looking for a quick list of all the units that need to be filed under "too efficient". Better this than nerfing them into oblivion via points.
In dok's case, I definitely think the snake bows aren't as much of an offender if they aren't standing beside morathi and shooting twice. Can we just remove that rule please? Hero phase shooting, and double taps of all kinds need to die a fiery death. And after that's dead and buried, we can push mortal wound shooting to the front of the queue.
I'm ok with this though. You can still run the top units, but be prepared to give up more points in exchange for playing on easy mode.

Certainly a unique way of doing things I kinda like it though. Little extra book keeping but a fun mechanic for weaker armies like skaven.

Possibly one of the most bizarre attempts at rebalancing we've ever seen from GW. I have a feeling they're weather ballooning it to see if they can get away with trying it in 40k.
If there's anything good about it it's that we now have an official tier list showing which armies GW acknowledges need a handicap to have a chance at winning lol

I sent in feedback. Basically I appreciate the sentiment and that some effort is being made but probably... probably if you know which units or lists are problematic they really ought to be nerfed directly, which is the whole purpose of regular points updates.
My thoughts, anyway.
