3 death guard lists top 9 in one tournament and from the description they were all very different? The blessings of nurgle are plentiful!

I had a good chuckle that at three different tournaments "effectively the same" Harlies Light Saedath build took 2nd place to three completely different builds, with Crons, Templars, and Sisters all taking victories over them.
There's certainly a lot to adjust to. If you told me four weeks ago some of these builds were going to be winning majors, I'd straight up of laughed at some of them. Some of these new builds are absolutely wild, I'm especially loving the variants in the DG and Necrons builds.
Ulthwe D-Cannons is an emerging build in the Aeldari world atm and it's received a lot of attention, with copycats and iterative improvements likely to come. It's a build to keep an eye on. A bunch of depth picks in the book were suppressed by TTL-friendly picks and I think it's likely to become the replacement for Hail of Doom builds.
