So I guess that means Seraphon are the last order tome and dawnbringers are... ...*someday*.

I was pretty confident dawnbringers wouldn't be included in the schedule we have now. They will probably release after everyone else gets a book, and it's time to start pushing the narrative. Maybe late 2023, after 40k is done dominating the summer/fall with a new edition?
I think besides Cities, the only tome left to release that doesn't have a slot in the current lineup is one for death? I hope the last one is soulblight, but if it's not, I hope it's because FEC is getting a good upgrade this fall.

I think I read somewhere the crusade was coming out in the summer and would be replacing cities?

I think that would have been speculation because nobody knew the two upcoming order battletomes when the chart was posted in december.
I think it very unlikely dawnbringers will overrun Seraphon but anything's possible.
