Early days of course to draw any conclusions: 40kstats.goonhammer.com/#GbFBut currently there are only SIX armies in the game with a win rate above 50% Also some of the results (thus far - again early days) isn't what is expected okay well aside from Aeldari and Imperial knights... we knew they were pretty bonkers MOST interesting is that Mechanicus and Votann are currently sitting in position 7 and 8 (for the moment) just behind the top six

I wonder which army is in last place. Surely it won't break my morale.
EDIT: oh no

At least you'll get buffed first?
us mid-pack armies will be left alone so long as we hit 45%

Another really good site for data is stat-check. They specifically track tournament data. www.stat-check.com/the-metaIn tournaments (unfortunately) Votann and Ad Mech is 21st and 22nd respectively. The shocker here is that Knights (71%) is sitting above Eldar (66%)

well that's a real different take... Sororitas at a 60% win rate? compared to 36% for the goonhammer stats?
interesting....

I'm surprised to see Necrons so low. I thought people were saying they were just under the top brackets! It's almost like early data is only so useful in the grand scheme of things.

well that's a real different take... Sororitas at a 60% win rate? compared to 36% for the goonhammer stats? interesting.... There's also player representation to consider (sisters at 1%) so maybe a particularly good sisters player(s) were playing. We also only have one weekend of tournament data so its likely to be more accurate in the next few weeks for lesser represented factions. Factions that have larger representation are also more likely to be close to where their win rates will settle.

Worth keeping in mind that the Goonhammer data is likely taken from the Tabletop Battles app, which means it might also include non-tourney games, where as the Stat-Check data is specifically tourney data

yes you're correct... and given there hasn't been that many tourney games yet, I'll side with the goonhammer stats for now as they have a bigger pool of games to draw on.
