First pass, theoretical really.

Batallions
Brass Stampede (1 Lord on Juggernaut, 3 units Mighty Skullcrushers)
- If any unit in either army is wiped out, Brass Stampede adds 3" to all charge rolls. - If a unit uses Murderous Charge within 3" of another Brass Stampede unit, automatically inflict D3 Mortal Wounds per unit instead of rolling.

that brass stampede is just nasty... I like it... lol
bloodsecrator is amazing, as are the wrathmongers (who utterly crush monsters)
blood warriors are a solid unit that can hold an objective well.
Jugger lord is great for three places of power mission as he can reach out and grab an objective quickly (as only heroes can score in that one)
skullgrinder I'm not really familiar with in game but he seems okay...
unsure why the bloodstoker? isn't he more of a korgath herder type dude? what role is he going to play?

From what I gather (being as this is all theoretical mind you) the idea is that Bloodbound lists function best by overlapping buffs, and then grinding people down.
The Skullgrinder seems to be a keystone hero to most people who play Khorne, and everyone thus far swears by him. With the Bloodsecrator, and Wrathmonger buffing his attacks to 4, the Bloodstoker whips him up. This gives the the Grinder 4 attacks at 3+/2+ rerolling 1s to wound, that do 3 damage; Add on an extra 3" to run/charge with the Mighty Lord's 3d6, and he's making combat. Grinder piles in, smashes a Hero/Monster to spread the blood-blessing, which then in turn cascades to the rest of the units smashing into combat, so on, and so on.
After that, Stoker just does his thing, and whips whomever can use the buff, which really can be the Grinder over, and over, because then any wound rolls of 4+ are doing 6 damage. smashysmashysmashy
