I've accidentally double-bought a few primers - purple, white and black. While I doubt the purple would be much use, I'll still bring the rest along to help ease the burden once the painting date comes.
I'm in the process of finally sorting out the last of my storage boxes, I'll put up a full tally of what serviceable tools I have once that's done.

Terrain should have be the painting challenge. LOL.

Final tally on the tools; I've got 2 proper exactos in serviceable condition with spare blades, the aforementioned spray paints (though I'll see if I can source some cheaper ones to supplement them), a tub of barely used drywall spackle (my wife tried attaching some pictures to what turned out to be a concrete wall...) the rest was too beat up or rusted away to be of any value.
I'll do a Michael's run or something of that sort closer to based on what Cory says we need.

I've also just completed a inventory on what I can donate to the cause.
I have a set of 24 assorted acrylic colours in small pots from Walmart, 4 metallic colours from Michael's (blue, green, gold, silver), a set of 12 assorted pastel colours from Michael's, 1 container of white airbrush(?) primer, 1 container of white gesso (a type of primer) from art noise, 1 white gesso spray can, 1 large but about 4/5 used grey paint tube, 24 small paint tubes of assorted colours in various states of fullness from Walmart, and 2 small 3gram tubes of super glue from the dollar store which are new.
I'll try to get more paints and glue on the 15th.
EDIT: Here is a picture of what I have so far. I had to make an imgur account, as it was too big to upload here, hahaha.

Sounds good everyone, thanks for checking your supplies, and thank you in advance for bringing them. I wouldn't worry about getting more spray primer. If anyone donates plastic or mdf terrain it'll work fine (but so far I've only heard of a few pieces being mentioned), but I'm afraid the propellants in the cans actually melt foam. There are a few tricks to prevent it, but they basically entail painting in advance anyway. I haven't tried air brush stuff on the materials we'll be using, but don't see why it wouldn't work.

It wouldn't be safe after applying the drywall spackle or something to that extent? I could swear that's what I've seen done in the past.

I can't make the build day either (this year hasn't been great for my hobby timing). I will drop off supplies beforehand. I should be able to make the paint day with gear in tow. If not, perhaps I can pick up some pieces and paint them at my place if nobody objects to that. Just let me know what hours on paint day.

I've never actually tried that. Cool. Didn't know it was an option. Sounds good. We'll probably grey then for the ruins. It can save us some time and let us skip to dry brushing and washing. What are you planning to bring? I need to start getting an inventory together.

I double checked with my old terrain guru, he confirmed spackle - provided you have full coverage, is safe to spray, and alternatively a few layers of water-downed white glue also works, 3-4 layers should do it.

I had a chance to talk to Mike. Building supplies can be dropped off at the store in advance. For now they'll go on the second from the bottom shelf in front of the heavy metal poster (4he one with the plastic bag full of paint in the photo). Also, I still.need to know who's planning to being what so we can see what we still need. Terrain materials reference pic imgur.com/gallery/ZGabyCw
