This guy was a legend in the 40k community, and a frequent reviewer and tourney player. Followed him closely with nid and GSC advice, batreps and listbuilding. So sad for his family.

This guy was a legend in the SC2 and Warhammer community. He also streamed Apex, did commentary and shoutcasts for official GW streams, and was leading the charge in making 40k more acceptable as an "E-Sport" alternative.
Rumour is it was a blood clot in his leg that dislodged and got to his brain. Very sudden and unexpected.

So very sad! Can't believe it! Been watching SC for a long time and it just hurts to see him gone. Saw him at Dreamhack Montreal last year was hoping to see him again this year. He will be missed very much by many communities and peoples.

Yeah, a co-worker of mine who is big into starcraft was talking about this today. I'm sure more info will come out over the next few days. The rumor of what happened to him apparently comes from a source in the SC community because he has had similar health issues before.
There's a post by Reece over on frontline (https://www.frontlinegaming.org/2019/07/22/sating-goodbye-to-a-brother/) and the 40k and SC reddit community flags are at half-mast today for sure.
