Item one: Psychic Awakening Apparently every single codex will get 'expanded rules', there will be a new campaign to mess around with and apparently some new models. The example of said new models is the Howling Banshee, now in plastic. There's also a fancy new chapter master for the Raven Guard.
Couple of test/screen shots of the Angels of Death series so the thing is still alive and apparently more teasers are coming.....someday.
And finally for those wanting to get into/expand their Sisters of Battle collection, the Army Set is coming in November that includes a codex and '25 miniatures'. There is even a picture of the 'new and improved' Penitent Engine.
Thing looks like the heretical offspring of a Nemesis Dreadknight and a Deff Dread.

I'm hoping that the 'new rules' they're releasing don't require the purchase of an entirely new codex etc where all you ever use is the one or two pages of changes to your army.

...So, uh, will our tournaments going forward be "Legends events"? Or should I just throw out all of my bike characters?

I'll be honest, when I saw the name Warhammer Legends, my first assumption was that they were bringing back fantasy under some sort of legacy platform. I though, oh cool, so they are gonna release a new rulebook and codexes, and maybe rerelease some models so people can get their fantasy fix (And to finally stop begging for Tomb Kings and Brettonia to be back*). Was disappointed by what it actually is, hahaha.
*Seriously, if you go to some websites, you'd get the impression that the two most popular, fan favourite, best, and most well supported factions were Tomb Kings and Brettonia, when in reality they were barely played, and as such had little support. It's honestly annoying seeing daily posts or threads or topics across the internet still complaining that they are gone. Hell, in some cases people seem to imply that those were the only two factions in the game that mattered. I get it, your faction of choice is gone, but don't act like it was more popular than it was. I honestly don't mind if people still play them, what bothers me is when they won't stop complaining. I've actually seen people saying that Tomb Kings/Brettonia were the poster boys of fantasy, sort of like Space Marines are to 40k, and Stormcast are to Age of Sigmar.
Ok, sorry for ranting there, but I had to get that off my chest.

I feel like Shrike looks like he's SUPER into Fallout Boy and the emo sub-genre of music. New Tomb Kings look pretty cool, though I'm a little sad that they've lost a bunch of the egyptian vibe the previous range had.

The black and white armor is totally canon; the “Emo-ver” hair cut however… Konrad Curze was the last famous 40k character to have one; and look what happened to him.

Pretty much all of their artwork and descriptions in novels talk about ravenguard being gaunt and pale with long black hair. They've been known as the "3-edgy-5-me" chapter for quite some time. gotta appeal to those 14 year olds who's parents "just don't get them!"
