Taking a look at the teased image of a new model seems to be some sort of projector of sorts.
I'd normally say Admech since they have that sort of high tech thing (while the Tau are more streamlined and the Orks are way more Mad Maxy); but what looks like a connector/wire plug at the bottom are similar to a bunch of Necron bits I've got; and those groves in the central 'C' are a heck of a lot like the groves on practically all of the Necron vehicles. |

I think I'd agree that was necron, mainly because of the symbols.
