.... think I was just saying the other day to Justin "if I was going to do tomb kings I'd buy three of the sphinx kits a couple of the necro knights, and a couple boxes of tomb guard)
so given that your list includes most of the models that I think are FANTASTIC I'd say I'd think that was a pretty good list!
I'm more partial model wise to the constructs rather than the snake surfers, but rule wise can see why you'd want to take the surfers!
very infantry based, which I think will look cool on the table, as well as pretty effective with such big blocks...
I like the skeleton bowmen just because of the no modifiers to hit rule, given you don't really have any shooting to speak of.
skeleton cav used to suck pretty bad in the last book... no idea how they are in this book, so perhaps they're better now... if not just get more chariots.... (two units rather than one big one so that you can have two fast flankers to threaten backfield and flanks)

I'll get around to posting the list I want to build as well, but I do have to make one statement:
"I would never make a Tomb King's army that didn't include at least one Casket of Souls."
From just looking at it, I've determined that it's an auto-include for 135 points. A warmachine that shoots in the magic phase, gives +D3 power dice (which in essence, pays for itself), causes terror, sings and dances. Oh yeah, the crew has Killing Blow as well, just cause it's not cool enough.
Anyways, I've determined that for me, it's main function is to obliterate large, multiple wound, single targets - much like those Necrosphinxes. Roll 3D6 against your LD8 with no save. Bye bye.
