lots of scoring and a lot of screening for your important shooting... could work!

The Poxwalkers would all be S4 T4 with re-rolls to hit and re-roll 1's for the DR tests, so they should be at least a bit tougher to move than regular. The spawn hang out with the princes and advance alongside the Castigator which jams its way into enemy lines and swings that sweet, sweet sword around.
Infernal Household would give it 10 attacks, hitting on 3's at S14 Ap-4 Flat 3 each. It's enough to make a mess somewhere, plus the 36" Heavy 16 S6 Ap-2 2 damage bolt cannon should do some good work on the way into combat. War dogs sit in the backfield and just ping away at problem units.
I'm not sure it's better than the all Death Guard list with more Poxwalkers, more spawn and dreads for spaced out shooting and target overload, but it'd be fun to try out sometime I feel like.
