Simple question: Have the updated points values for 9th edition come out yet? If so, where can they be found?

Sorry if it's a stupid question, I've had my hands full with some renovations lately, so haven't kept up on much news. I also want to know points values, so that I can get a general idea of what I need to buy for a 2000 point army.
