Does this mean those are the potential upcoming codices? - Hopefully yes.
Price wise the AM one looks about the same in content as the cadian defence force which sells for $220 on the GW website for a Russ instead of a Wyvern, sans the Sentinel. so my best guess would be these are somewhere in the neighborhood of $235
