A shooty option, as it was pointed out to me that my list was trying to do too much, but not doing any one thing well. So, back to the drawing board I went, trying to come up with a more cohesive plan.
Necrons Patrol Detachment – Custom Dynasty *Relentlessly Expansionist (pre-game 6" move) *Eternal Conquerors (units gain obsec, or count as double models if they already had it)
HQ: Catacomb Command Barge - (Warlord) – Staff of Light, Resurrection Orb, Gauss Cannons - WLT: Immortal Pride – 5+ FNP & Core within 6” ignore LD debuffs - Relic: Orb of Eternity Illuminator Szeras - Eldritch Lance, Impaling Legs
Troops: 20x warriors – Gauss Reapers 20x warriors – Gauss Reapers AND 15x warriors – Gauss Reapers (or) 5x Immortals – Gauss Blasters 6x Immortals – Gauss Blasters
Elites: 2x Cryptothralls 2x Cryptothralls
Fast: 7x Scarabs 7x Scarabs
Necron Spearhead – Custom Dynasty Not sure which one yes, but likely the same as the Patrol for a pre-game 6” re-deployment & obsec on a backfield objective
HQ: Tecnomancer – Staff of Light - Canoptek cloak - Canoptek Control Node - Relic: Voltaic Staff
Heavy Support: 2x Lokhust Heavy Destroyers - 2x Gauss Destructors 2x Lokhust Heavy Destroyers - 2x Gauss Destructors Doomstalker Doomstalker
2000 Points (All Warrior Option) 1992 Points (Immortal Option) 8CP Either Option

I'd change the custom dynasty for the spearhead as it honestly doesn't benefit much from the custom dynasty for the patrol.
I'd do Szarekhan for the 5+ vs. mortals and getting to reroll a wound roll every time you shoot. But even more important than that is the 4+ autodeny strat for a psychic power.
If you want to do a custom dynasty then I'd do Heathy paranoia (+3 range to shooting) combined with superior artisans (reroll one wound roll when shooting)
You want those reroll to wounds as the spearhead is really just wanting to get some additional reliability to their shooting but don't really benefit from anything else.
You also cannot equip both the cloak and control node - under wargear it says this model can be equipped with "ONE" of the following.
I'd also go with the warrior version because then you can have a nice safe bubble wrap all around your firebase for those pesky chargers to bounce off of, and of course trigger the doomstalker's auto overwatch ability if they try (as the way melee armies will try to stop that horrendous shooting will be to tag the destroyers/stalkers). Which is why I'd also put them in the spearhead so they benefit from everything else you're doing there.

Also not a fan of the loadout for the CCB
Immortal pride only gives a 5+ vs. mortals plus the buff effect. and that orb of eternity is not worth a relic spot, as it's a regular orb with +1 to the roll. "meh"
I'd either build him one of two ways:
1) veil of darkness + implacable conqueror - if you want him and 20 of his warrior friends to teleport across the table to steal an objective by shooting / charging a backfield objective holder.
2) enduring will + nanoscarab casket + warscythe - can bully anyone that gets too close and is a pain to remove with -1 to damage and regenerating two wounds / turn.

I had thought about the Casket, but then it makes him targetable as it would jump it to 10 wounds. The veil of darkness is an interesting idea though for a slingshot across the board for actions, objectives, etc. etc.

casket doesn't increase his wounds... that's the weave and only infantry can take the weave.

If your not set on custom dynasty, (I know the two you have are awesome). You could go with Mephrit.
Mephrit warlord trait on a CCB is awesome. (+1 S, +1A)
Add in the void reaper. And you have a S8 -4AP flat 3D that Each time an attack is made with this weapon, rules that ignore wounds cannot be used.
Your army does have a lot of shooting. So it would be a bonus. The added 3” to you Gauss reapers

I ran the Spearhead as Szarekhan last night in a test and the re-roll wounds came in real handy. I do like the Obsec/SUper Obsec because the pre-game move with scarabs and warrior blobs had me controlling 5/6 objectives by the end of my T1 movement phase, and didn't relinquish control until Shannon's T2 (he went second).
I'm swapping the CCB for a regular Overlord for some better ability to hide the unit, as well as some point savings to maybe jam another couple warriors or scarabs into the existing units.
I am also looking at a melee option instead of shooting, and I'll keep the Mephrit trait in mind, that looks freaking beastly.
