Since I may be using the combo in the future, best to be sure about what to do.
The Necrons have two stratagems that both depend on you rolling an unmodified six to hit. The first one makes that hit with a gauss weapon an auto-wound while the second stratagem makes rolling a six with a rapid fire weapon cause an additional hit.
The thing is, I can play both stratagems at the same time on the same unit (because warrior/Immortal Gauss weapons are rapid fire).
My question is if an additional hit is generated in this case, should I roll to see if said additional hit becomes an auto-wounding one as well?

If a hit roll scores additional hits, those additional hits do not benefit from any other rule that triggered on the original attackās hit roll.
that is from the faq of the core rules

As Jason said; these two stratagems in concert will mean that every 6 to hit results in 1 hit (for which you must roll to wound as normal), and 1 automatic wound.
This additional hit does not have a chance to be converted into an automatic wound; indeed, you don't roll to hit fir it at all.

Thanks. I'd figured it was like that but wanted to be sure since I'd seen weird rules interactions before.
