I can't make heads or tails of that eldar soup other than lots of MSU. I don't really know where the punch comes from.
The ork list is still looking a lot like 8th with lots of guns and lootas, kinda interesting to see a return to that style of play but I'm hoping the boyz and buggies are here to stay.
Custodes I'm just impressed that a bunch of dreads and guard could do so well with some big bad lists running around, would have thought that DG and DA would have put this list out of commission pretty quickly.

yeah and DG and DA were present in force too... I thought the results were quite interesting. I mean Nayden is such a good player I'm sure that's a big part of it too right.

Yeah, Sean Nayden is well known for being an exceptional player. Without having physically watched how he used the list in question, here's my best-guess being pretty well versed in Eldar.
The list is certainly strong, he's cherry-picked with a surgical scalpel of efficiency here across three-codexes. And there's a few tricks here. I wrote both a TLDR and Long version for those interested, but this list is EXTREMELY complex in terms of his choices and precision here. I doubt very many people have the skill-level to pilot such a precision piece of list-engineering. I wouldn't expect it's very likely to see this result replicated by anyone who isn't a Nick Navanati or Sean Nayden level player.
Playing AGAINST this, would be absolutely zero-fun unless you are a highly skilled competitive player with a top-tier list in your hands. It will demolish most lists seemingly out of no-where.
TLDR Version:
It's a list made 110% pure of really hyper points-to-damage-efficient combat units, it's got a huge mortal-wound output, non-LOS weaponry, and deals most of it's damage in combat in hyper-efficient ways, with tons of ways to either naturally have, buff or gain invulnerable saves that allow shrugging off damage and trading up constantly. This list has a slight "gimmick" where it leans on The Avatar Of Khaine as the core with his charge-re-rolls and morale-immunity aura which conveniently works across all three of these armies due to how keywords work.
Long Version:
Avatar + Wraithseers are a monster-mash contingent, forming the center-body of the fighting force, and those non-LOS D-cannons are used to prevent anything from hiding behind cover, and forcing it to come out and fight. Double-Jinx/Protect is to buff/debuff as needed. Ideally you are buffing whatever is getting Shield of Ynnead from Yvraine to give that unit a 4++ (my guess is the Hellions?).
Incubi are in the raider as objective cleanup crew, Razorwing flocks are disposable objective grabbers, and the Dark Reapers have Inescapable Accuracy for 4 always-hit-on-3+ S8 AP-3 Damage 3 missiles per unit for 105 points, which is just really efficient anti-tank (Basically the best-available counter to deal with tough-things like Morty at range, and this setup is also hyper-efficient at dealing with Nightbringer in particular due to mathhammer)
There's also a ton of mortal wound output here, Farseer, Yvraine and and the Wraithseers are all capable of generating smite or smite-equivalent powers (Ynnead's Gaze and Executioner are smite-equivalents) and dumping around 9-13 mortal wounds out fairly easily. Through more likely aiming to drop around 6-8 Mortals + Jinx + Protect + Doom.
The Avatar is also a really sneaky-cross-army buffer here. His "aura" provides reroll charges as well as full morale immunity based on the ASURYANI keyword, so it can apply to all of the Eldar, Drukhari and Ynnari units. This "gimmicky" part of the list will almost certainly be nerfed or rendered obsolete when new codexes roll out.
The Archon + Ur-ghuls are again, another mini-combo of hyper-efficiency for points. For just 102 points he's cranking out 12 attacks from the Ur-ghuls plus 5 from the Archon's Hungering Blade (think Master-Crafted-Relic-Blade profile). More than enough to be an objective clearer. The Walker of Many Paths also provides the Archon his own personal Expert-Crafters buff, and he's rocking that infamous Shadowfield 2++ bubble to laugh off damage as long as possible and attempt to trade-up.

Only Craftworlds have ASURYANI. Dark Eldar have DRUKHARI, so there's no cross-Codex synergy with the Avatar of Khaine.
I honestly can't imagine how this list beats Death Guard, Custodes, or Dark Angels. A large block of Terminators would rip through basically anything here with little difficulty.

I have no idea how he beat DG/Custodes/DA/BA with this list. Only thing I can say is he's an amazing player that very often takes the bottom tier codexes and wins huge events with them. He was the author of the infamous "lictorshame" winning list from 5-6 years ago - taking the worst unit of the worst codex at the time and making it work where no one else could.
