Might this be a prelude to an Ork Army of Renown? Maybe their AoR option will be a set of rules to create an army of Savage Orks?

Ya I think we are going to see some more snake bite savage style with lots of beast, maybe see a return of mega armour warboss.
Looks like there might be some sort of chariot or beast pulled tank in the trailer too so lots of cool options.
I think it makes sense the buggies pushed into the evil suns realm and now they want to go more snake bites/ old ways
