Any bits sites you guys recommend?

Hi all. I'm looking intoparts to be able to spruce up my marines, and give them a bit of uniqueness. As such, I was thinking of getting some 3rd party bits, such as shoulder pads or helmets or whatever, and turn to you lot for help. Are there any such sites with 3rd party bits, or even entire models, that you would recommend? As I said earlier, this would be for Marines.

I'm a fan of both spellcrow and kromlech, personally. Fairly decent selection of alternative bits. Mostly for marines, but kromlech also has lots of orky options. Last time I ordered from spell crow they even sent me some freebies from a similar category as a sample.

Not entirely sure what you're after in particular, but a lot of their bits are designed to convert marines to look more like one of the founding legions. Could be useful for deathwatch if you want to give them more of a callback to their chapter than just the shoulder pad.

Yeah, I'm more looing for shoulder pads and helmets to be a call back to various chapters, as you said.

I actually just ordered some bits online a few hours ago. I'll wait to see if they arrive, and if they do I'll share the name of the company. I'd rather not share it now only to find out that it's a scam, and that because of me someone else lost some money.

Quick update.

As of right now, May 16, 12:10 am, my order is in a Russian warehouse. It has been sitting there since April 14th. I'll update again whenever I get it.

Another update.

I know I said I would update when I got the package, and I haven't gotten it yet, but I figured I'd share this.

I was talking to someone else from Canada that had ordered bits from the same site as me. He's been waiting three months. He eventually contacted the company to let them know it hadn't arrived, and they apparently shipped out a new set.

This does not bode well for me.

For what it's worth, the bits look great, and photos I've seen online from people that got their orders in make them look good quality. I've also seen some youtube reviews of the products. Maybe I'm just unlucky and my package got lost? Either way, if any of you order from here, keep in mind that it'll likely take forever to arrive.

Anyway, I'll just stop worrying. If I never get it then it's no big deal. It's annoying, but I'll live.
