I wouldn't use Novokh, it seems to only benefit your one unit of Lychguard. I'll say the same thing to you that Shannon said to me:
The Necron codex has some really great tools and builds, but you have to pick a role and go with it."
It feelsl ike your list is trying to be too much all at once. The heavy D's are good, but the two of them are going to get punked pretty easily (plus they're only 60 points now). I've seen (with great success) a flood of scarabs (ref: 2x 9 base units) escorting the Silent King to midboard to devastating effect. With the Lychguard in there, it'll be a freaking SOLID anchor to crack against. Just last night Shannon and I were discussing how Szeras would couple well with Lychguuard as 2/3 of his "upgrades" would be freaking incredible. Either S6 or T6 Lychguard, 10 strong with swords and boards would hold a midfield objective and just never let go, add in the silent King's "you fight last" ability, and they become yet more survivable.
Warriors hanging out in your backfield is good, but I'd try finding a way to put another unit in and get rid of the immortals, they die pretty easily if anyone puts some effort into killing them. Thralls as action monkeys is good as I've found out Psychomancer is okay, but kinda "meh" when compared to some other options like another chrono or a technomancer

Szeras will guarantee make those lychguard +1 bs the first time you use it though, just to aggravate you, cuz that's how this game works lol I think your primary game is pretty solid with the two warrior bricks and the immortals for more hidden backfield objectives. You have your trashcans for actions, engage, and the always amazing ancient machines. The king and the lychguard are a pretty scary melee deathball that must be dealt with by your opponent so I cannot really argue with that choice. The psychomancer and royal warden I would say are the easiest thing to cut in your list. dropping those two would give you the points (under the new point system) to add 3 more heavy d's to up your ranged game (2/2/1) or could add 2 heavy d's and upgrade your overlord to a CCB for an additional ranged threat AND a credible melee threat / fast problem solver. Your list as is could be quite effective, it's just a matter of testing and fine tuning to see what works for you. I'm a huge fan of the silent king. The model is fantastic and over the top cool and his rules are very solid. test, test and more test

The primary thought with the lychguard is to hit them with the chronomancer and veil them up the table asap. The idea is to have the Immortals sit backfield while the warriors March up to objectives. I'll be honest the Destroyers were a bit of an afterthought with the last of the points but the psychomancer with this upgrade can steal objectives the warriors get to potentially.
