two more tests using the newest incarnation of the list. Far more successful than the previous outings, so I think I'm pretty happy with this one.

Very spicy.
I would suggest trimming to 5 Plague Drones just to avoid getting Blasted out by Inceptors, but apart from that I like it.

I didn't get to catch the whole game but it did look like there were many more deamons still running around late game, though I did see that Belakor didn't make it, but he might be a good trade piece in the army. I think having the 2x nurgle stall units rather than 1x8 beast feels better.

Belakor died in my first game, but he lived to the end in the second one.
First game he was definitely a trade piece, but posted up just a bit to far and really should have screened him better. damn space wolves and there heroic pile ins on all their units!
The two nurgle tarpits definitely are a good add. The terminators and havocs are frankly not stellar in any game I've played them in. Sadly the csm parts of the list are pretty much wasted points for the most part. They do a bit of chip damage but that's about it.

Do chaos marines in Belakor's detachment get access to things like Vets of the Long war and Endless Cacophony? Seems like dropping terminators for something like Raptors or talons and then bumping the havocs to 4x chain. Havocs split fire into MSU units and double tap when needed and Raptors give you some fast infantry that can fight?

yeah all the generic strats are there, just cannot use the legion specific ones.
I do want to swap out the two autocannons for reaper chaincannons on the havocs. Raptors might be an option as some drop-melta, but comparing to the termies who also carry two melta and drop in (similar role) for 50 points more the termies have a 2+, a 5++, an extra wound, and close combat ability.

Well thanks GW... My list is now illegal thanks to the new FAQ.
Disciples of belakor are not a faction... So you cannot combine CSM and daemons in the same detachment. You know, the only reason to run disciples.
So now a minimum of 2 cp to bring any can, with a corresponding troop and hq tax... ie not worth it.
