A few things I noticed:
Most people very negatively reacted to the terrain guidelines for the event, yet the results show this terrain setup was actually quite fair.
Yet more ammo for Drukhari points adjustments, with 14 armies and 64% win-rate, enjoy your current builds/lists while you can.
You can start to see why despite the overwhelming anger in the CSM/Chaos community about W2 and other changes that are needed, why GW thinks these factions are performing fine. While not seeing high representation numbers, the players that brought them on average did extremely well, with a few exceptions of course. (*puts on flame-proof-suit*)
Necrons, Death Guard, and Space Marines all had rather poor performances despite their 9th edition toolsets. It's hard to tell if this is because of popularity-syndrome (meaning lots of newer players had chosen these armies) or if they are already seeing some of their early-9th book muscles start to fade. I personally think it's more likely popularity syndrome (Marines especially have this, a lot of newer players gravitate towards that faction), but I know the power-creep crowd is going to go nuts over this.
Astra Militarium being at the bottom all-but-confirms for me the December-slot Imperium book is Guard, I cannot see what is one of the most-popular factions that imo needs very little terms of model-line-refresh going much longer without their book if results like this continue to pour in.

well the power-creep crowd is also turning out en masse with armies with high win rates... leading to higher win-rates as they also dominate the mid-tables.
like the "forces of the hive mind" (so nids + GSC) had a high win rate according to the article... it was ONE army present at the event though, so I don't think we can draw too many conclusions about that lol
