Now that I've collected my jaw, there's a bunch of subtle things here.
The new shining spear kit has a forceshield on the Exarch's wrist, as well as comes with a Shuriken Cannon option in the release photos, so Shining Spears might be able to take jetbike heavy weapons soon?!?!?
Kit also seems to have both the Star Lance and Paragon Blade option as well.

I think it was ploy, put out the silly faced dark reapers and make everyone feel like it was a missed opportunity. Then drop a super sweet Maugan Ra model that looks even better by comparison. I am going to guess that if Harlequins end up being good you might see 3x Ra as the death jesters since the model is go nice.

And those corsair models may be enough to get me into kill team.

That Maugan Ra is amazing. Corsairs are really pretty too. Might have to pick them up. Spears are solid for sure.
But those Avatar options... I'm really not feeling it. Like, at all. The model built with the options from yesterday's reveal looks good, but those other heads and the spear, no thanks.

Regrets? Never! (Well, a firm mostly not.) Apparently that 2nd (and unfielded) space elf army of the pandemic will be getting some boosts principally because I like some of these new models. And no, I haven't forgotten the 200+ figs on my bench waiting to be painted. Trying to ignore a few hundred more that are waiting in dark, silent boxes.

I know it may not be a popular opinion here, but I never liked how Elder looked, outside of a few exceptions, with most of those exceptions being Dark Eldar. These new models are doing nothing to change that.
The Avatar of Khaine is awesome though.
That being said, I still think it's great that they are getting all this love. I mean, some Eldar kits are old enough to legally drink.

Some Eldar kits were almost able to rent a car without a co-signer
Whole factions have been conceived and had their range refreshed since some of tge aspect warriors were sculpted
